The splicer ZC 650 is a table model suitable for small quantity of work.
The machine has a compensating mechanism if veneer sheets with different thickness are used.
A strong and chemically neutral glue thread is used as a joining medium which is applied in zig-zag fashion automatically.The glue thread is heated by a heating tube.
The melting of the glue thread is adjustable. Feeding speed is steady.
This machine is also available in model with steel cabinet (ZC-650-I).
In this version the machine is inside in a steel cabinet and you can take it out easily for working operation and the cover can ben used as an extension of the working table.
Machines are supplied complete with : glue thread spool, pliers, needles, antiadhesive liquid.
